"Flapping (roof) vent in the bathroom. Shower could not be adjusted to a hot shower. Handle on the toilet was worn out. Pillow options did not include a flatter option. Mattresses too firm. "Pay at property" by Expedia was deceptive. Not true at all. Son was charged for his room after I had reserved the room with my credit card. Third and fourth parties involved are AWFUL AND DECEPTIVE. NEVER AGAIN. "

"Our first contact was Elvis who was the most pleasant and provided a warm welcome and send off with every encounter! He was so helpful and sweet! We enjoyed our stay- it was a nice getaway with great views. Having traveled with our 2 young children we thoroughly appreciated the kids area and kid pool!"

"The elevator was in poor condition, and it was difficult to press the button for the second floor. Guests also have to trade in used towels at the front desk to receive new ones and must request room cleaning rather than it being provided automatically. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and based on my experience, I will likely look for another place to stay next time."

"Facilities are nice but the room was small. Beds seemed like full size and not queen size. There was not a hair dryer in the room. Had to go ask for one. Air conditioner didn't seem that cold. We had to keep getting up during the night and trying to turn it down. "
