With regards to room amenities definitely not a 4 star. No kettle , slippers, ironing board and room outdated. Limited options during low season, food was average too. Staff was excellent & very helpful. Not much around the area just a few basic shops /cafes. Not an issue for most people but I would recommend providing a prayer area that people can use after check out. Overall stay : Average

Fabulous stay. Can’t wait to return ❤️

Absolutely outstanding, the staff are so welcoming they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The animation team are fabulous. I will recommend this hotel to anyone, in fact we plan to go a May with a group of family and friends. It’s couples and family oriented.

Don't book this hotel ! Food is terrible, cleanliness and food hygeine appalling, 5 days out of 7 someone defecated in the pool and it was then closed and the gym is a death trap. Entertainment team constantly hounding you throughout the day to go to their very mediocre evening entertainment Sort it out Phenicia - just appalling

Schöne Anlage, leckere Verpflegung und höfliches und nettes Personal. Man hat grundsätzlich alle Annehmlichkeiten die man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Genügend Auswahl an Speisen und Getränke, Pool, Spa, privat Strand und weiteren (sportlichen) Aktivitäten. Einziges Manko die Minigolfanlage sollte mal wieder renoviert werden.

Restaurant : Breakfast and dinner are poor, hygiene and COVID-19 measures are not respected. Snacks are not good at all, always cold and no choices (even the crepe are made with a very bad chocolate). The rest is ok!

Très bon accueil, personnel réactif. Cadre magnifique. Un point à améliorer serait l’obligation par l’administration de l’hôtel de porter le masque durant le séjour. En effet, je regrette que plus de 90% des occupants ne respectent pas les consignes récompensées et le port du masque.
