「My husband and I absolutely love this hotel. There’s welcoming drinks when we checked in and macarons in the room. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Our room is quiet(best thing for this hotel), bright, spacious and with a big balcony with sea view. The breakfast has a lot selections and the food has a certain quality. We also love the dinner at the restaurant in hotel; it’s a bit pricey but really worthy and delicious . The beach is beautiful and quiet. However, it’s not the most convenient...

「I travelled Hammamet this hotel because of the wellness spa I want to experience, indeed they have a very good Hamman and also massage service supplied by their professional staff, the massage product they use is also very good smell. I feel very relaxed after several days trip in Tunisia. The hotel location is near the beach and also have outdoor and indoor swimming pool, I also enjoyed indoor sauna. The staff is very friendly and the whole environment in the hotel is very much relaxing and...

「We were surprised in a good way. The hotel is suitable for families and couples. An attractive programm everyday where you can see that every is being taken care of. For sure it won't be our last time visiting this hotel. it's worth the 5*.」

「It is best to choose the all-inclusive package when staying at this hotel, because there are limited places to eat or buy food items around the property, which is located in a truly touristic zone. It would be helpful for staff to have a bottle of water in the room each day, since it is quite warm in this region of Tunisia.」

「Very clean and beautiful hotel I would definitely come back for a longer stay next summer I just loved this hotel and can’t wait to come back and stay and enjoy it at the fullest」

「When we first got there, the checking in was absolute mess. No order, people pushing to get up to the counter. When there, they ignored you until I had to forcefully say, hey I am here. And the stench in the room was awful. I had a hard time sleeping. I would wake up almost gagging. Out of my 3 weeks in Turkey and Tunisia, this was the most negative situation I had. Now having said that, the place was beautiful and the food was good. So gave it 3 out of 5.」

「I had a mixed experience. Many of the hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel is in a nice location. My challenges started before I arrived. I had contacted the hotel in advance to ask about a hotel transfer, any arrangements as I would be arriving before the check in time and that it’d be my birthday during my stay so could anything be arranged. I had an initial response but no follow up when I sent over my flight details, nor when I sent a second email to check. The result was that I...
