An excellent value Hotel with positive lakeside location. Great number of eateries in the area. The parking is very poorly managed with no reserved spaces for paying hotel guests. Our2 bed queen room only had one office chair to sit on. Not friendly or comfortable

I loved that it was a short distance from the waterfront lake. But my bathtub looked old. Yes, it was clean. But I usually enjoy a bubble bath, and the bathtub looked old and felt not ok to lay in it. I recommend asking not to book the LL level as it is close to the cleaning storage, laundry, gym, and swimming area. Sleeping in the basement feels like sleeping in the basement, especially if you enjoy the quiet. The lake view and people passing were beautiful to watch. The entrance of the hotel had people seating there often and it felt a little an inconvinient. The hotel is absolutely at the perfect location, close to restaurants. I booked via Expedia, may be calling to book a better floor and room could help.

My stay at the hotel, the best moment is the water front. People are walking until late night, even after midnight.

The water in the pool was quite cold, and it was too deep for children to use safely. Also, there weren’t enough seats available during breakfast, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Despite these issues, I still recommend this place for its great location.

The room had a beautiful view of Lake Ontario. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the happy hour. There is a walking path that is right next to the hotel. There are many places near by to eat. I recommend Spencer’s.

What a gem! Beautiful location. Wonderful staff - everyone was professional, friendly and very helpful. Left an important medication in our room and the front desk clerk came running out to the parking lot to let us know. The only negative was that there were not enough tables in the breakfast area. Many people ate standing up. We went back to the room which was inconvenient. But this was the only negative. Other than that I can highly recommend this hotel. Stunning location. Walking distance to shops and many restaurants/cafes. Will definitely go back!!

My room was clean and had a great view. Love the late check out time of noon. Breakfast was so so. The fire alarm for the entire building went off at 7am on a Sunday. No clue as to why but that sucked :) wish they had a way to announce over a PA system whether or not there was a need to evacuate.

Staff very friendly and helpful. I had gotten a room that was not dog friendly so they did not hesitate to upgrade my room at no extra cost. Breakfast was great where can you get bacon eggs cereal muffins juice bagels and the list goes on included in the price. And right next to the waterfront and many restaurants to walk too. Excellent hotel with convience of walking to get a coffee meal ect. Only downside is the cost of parking $20 a night...

Grest location and we got reasonable price. Only issue was 4th floor window didnt give any view as was covered by trees whereas was marketed as park/lake view room and we specifically asked for a view room and were assured as such Rest breakfast, service etc was decent
