Clean and comfortable apartment. Kitchen facilities were good. Bathroom a little dated but clean and functional. Washing machine was great, just no where to dry things. Short walk to supermarket and other shops

The property was clean, plenty of parking, but y the appartment was old and tired, curtains not complete and the tv was only Netflix. Could do with a paint job and new furnishings. Good for the price.

It was a good location easy to get to and great communication. Just dated and dirty really. Beds, linen towels general cleaning was good additional cleaning like the walls, carpet etc not so nice.

Checking in at the property was inconvenient, given that it was located at a separate property not overly close (driving distance) to where I had booked. The unit itself had a fine kitchen and facilities for that, and the sheets were clean but not really comfortable. No additional blankets were provided. The carpeting was terribly dirty (turned my socks dark grey), and the bathroom was awful - dirty floors and walls, and the shower has black mould all along the top. The door also didn't seem overly safe, with no option to use a deadbolt at night.

Comfortable Stay

The stay was comfortable & nice as the apartment was clean and very spacious. So close to the city and amenities of where we needed to be for the hockey tournament. Good customer service was given from checking in. It was a good place for the stay and days there we were there and reasonable priced.

The check in reception desk is about a 4mins drive from actual room you’re staying in which wasn’t convenient at all. Arriving at the apartment, the carpet was filthy! It needed a major clean asap. We refused to walk around without shoes on because of this. The bathroom has no shades so you’re in full view to the outside when taking a shower at night despite having the privacy window, not acceptable. Back door didn’t completely close when shut which is a safety risk. Locks need a major upgrade. Room service needs improving. The beds were not made, and towels were not replaced. Quite a horrible stay, do not recommend.

The area it was in was very convenient but paying a breakables bond on a property that needed fixing in the first place was ridiculous. Luckily we took photos of what was already damaged when we first walk in. Place is in desperate need of a renovation

Cheap and cheerful/nasty (depending on your mood)

Old block of flats now used for short stay accommodation (probably because the previous owner didn’t want to spend money bringing them up to healthy homes standards). The office is located offsite at another motel. Cheap and served the purpose of somewhere to sleep, but not much more than that
