The property offers a comprehensive array of amenities, coupled with impeccable decor and meticulous attention to detail. However, the lack of pre-check-in communication until just a few hours before arrival is a notable disappointment. Despite your stated policy of providing the entrance code 72 hours in advance, the focus seemed to be on automated messages requesting check-in details and credit card information for a security deposit. For international travelers like myself, this lack of confirmation until shortly before landing in Canada creates unnecessary stress and uncertainty. This communication gap requires urgent attention and improvement. Additionally, considering that conventional texting methods proved ineffective, establishing a WhatsApp account could greatly enhance communication, particularly for guests traveling from abroad.

The rooms are really nicely decorated. I wouldn't book because I find the bed to soft that my back ache the next morning. Also the shower head did not have enough water pressure and was in a weird position

Such a nice place to stay. All the additional amenities in the room allowed me to cook a lot of my own meals, however the location has MANY great spots to eat near by. Great communication. Will certainly stay again.

Stayed one night for an event at the First Ontario Centre. 17 minute walk each way with so many great food places near by. Super comfortable bed, and a tonne of a natural light through the floor to ceiling windows. Would absolutely stay here again!

Loved the simplistic yet colorful and vibrant look and feel of the unit we stayed in. Everything from booking the room to checking ran incredibly smoothly. Great communication and loved the idea of having one access code to get you access to everything from the garage, elevator and room. Great location, surrounded by bars and restaurants.

The unit is very large and comfortable. I only stayed one night so I did not need all the amenities that are present. Only one thing needed - I moved a chair into the bathroom as the counter space is very small to put a toiletry bag onto. Otherwise excellent space.

Unique approach for managing the property and guests, emails and access codes, one person on site. Has its benefits (operating costs and extension stay rates?) but downside is feeling anonymous and impersonal. Not a deal breaker by any means, just conveys an indifference on the part of management. I'm sure organic humans would emerge fast if rules were broken. I appreciate the attempt at superficial hip and progressiveness with cheap but affordable furniture, fixtures and decor, certainly better than most hotels I've had to stay during the course of my work travels. It was a lot of space for my one person. View wasn't bad, kitchen useful, and I slept well in a comfy bed. Stay with another person or two so you hear less of your own echos while speaking on the phone or listening to radio/TV. The gimmicky "chef inspired" cafe on the bottom floor was friggin overbearingly noisy and not somewhere to enjoy eating whatever pricey chef-inspired food they may have on the menu. I was repelled by the loud music and talking noise generated in its confined space. However, I'd probably stay again for easy /close access to the GO station transport, quick Lyft or transit ride to Mohawk College, decent coffee at Detur Cafe on John St. S. and good food menu and quiet atmosphere (no friggin TVs or rado or music, just quiet conversation) atBronzies Italian restaurant on James St. S.

This property is a great value for the price with abundant amenities. The only thing I disliked about the place was the lack of water pressure in the shower but overall wonderful establishment.

Arrived, easy to locate. Close to go terminal and within walking distance of several drinking and dining options, suite was immaculate, would have preferred a yellow themed suite but decor was quite acceptable. Amenities were on the ball and the lack of interpersonal interaction suited my tastes. Overall a fantastic experience.
