The whole experience was terrible. I had called a couple of days prior to the check in date for ask about the breakfast deals. The lady on the phone didn't know about them and said someone who did know would call me back. Never got a phone call. When we go to the hotel, at about 4:30ish the doors were locked, and we had to call on the intercom. We waited for 5-10mins on the sidewalk for someone to answer. I tried calling the hotel twice with no answer, i called the hotels emergency line, no answer. Once someone finally picked up, you could hardly hear them through the intercom. They opened the doors once confirming who i was and everyone's details for the night with their room cards were sitting on the counter for anyone to see... This felt like a huge breach of my privacy. We found our way to the room. The hallways were very dark and the walls where all scrapped up. It looked terrible. The room was standard and okay, but the shower was unusable. the glass was covered in marks and the spray nozzle didn't work; it was just like a hose with no end on it. The bed was nicely made, but the bed itself was literally like sleeping on the floor, it was so hard. There was also such limited car parking. We had to park on the road.
This entire experience was horrible and i will never book with Quest again.
