When my son fell ill, they were extremely understanding and gracious, allowing us a late check out, being solicitous with cold drinks, and looking after our bags so we could explore a bit while we waited for a later train. They made what could have been an awful situation so very much better. Combine that with the outstanding location on the Grand Place, free parking from 1800-0900, and plentiful interesting dining options within a short...
