Had a good stay - was a bit disappointed that the signs for the Spa state 20:00 close but on chalkboard it was 19:00, which we found out when we went to the Spa at 18:50, to be told it would be closed in 10 mins.

Sure, the place needs a reno to update the looks but apart from that, everything else was great. The location is beautiful with great amenities around it. Staff was kind and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the kids loved it!

Better than expected.

As many have commented, the facility is not brand new, but we can see that the bathrooms are renovated, and the linens are as clean as other Scandic hotels. Their Spa facilities are also excellent. Staff was also nice and helpful.

Overall, it's pretty average. The hotel is old, everything is shabby and worn out, there is dust in the room, old garbage from previous guests that was not taken out, left in the room. The liquid soap ran out and no one bothered to refill the bottle. There is only one hanger for towels, although the room is designed for three. Check-out is at 12, but the cleaner came at 10 and without knocking opened the door of the room and entered the room. At the same time, I am naked in the middle of the room, screaming at him not to enter. A nightmare!

70 vuotissyntymäpäiväloma

Maisemat ovat kerrassaan upeat ja sitä oli ilo ihaill valtaisaa mahtavaa aamiaista nauttiessa. Gluteenittomalle ystävälleni olisin suonut lisää monipuolisuutta. Huone oli ok, sänky hyvä. Suihkukoppi oli hieman nuhruisen oloinen, hometta tiivisteessa?? Huonesiistijät avuliaita ja herttaisia. Vastaanotossa henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli vaihtelevaa. Poislähtiessä tuli tunne että "lähtekää jo, en jaksa". Koko hotellin ruokatarjontaan (poislukien täydellinen aamiainen) toivoisin terveellisyyttä. Kun lomalla on viikon, alkavat friteeratut ruoat ja ranskalaiset perunat kyllästyttää. Jopa perunasosessa ta pakasteena (apetit) jos perunoidrn keittäminen on työlästä. Kahvilaan toivoisin keittomahdollisuutta tai lohta ja muusia. Olisi iso parannus jos olisi vaikka nuudeli ja keittopurkkeja joihin vain lisätään vesi. Jos tarjonnan tietää etukäteen, vousi niitä otraa mukaankin mutta silloin pitäisi tuoda myös vedenkeitin. Sellainen kuuluu nykyaikana useimpien hotellien huonevarusteluun. Minä sain vatsakipua ruoan rakaudesta johtuen.Lisäksi oletin ilman muuta, että huoneessa olisi kylpylävieraille tossut. Olivat aika kovaan hintaan myytävänä. Aiemmat kokemukseni ovat Rantasipi ajalta josta taso on melkoisesti laskenut. Ah, erityiskiitos Pikku Italian tarjoilijalle, joka jaksoi hymyillä vaikka oli yksin töissä kiireisenä iltana ja tilaukset menivät vähän sekaisin.

Alles in allem war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Hotel hat ein kleines angrenzendes Hallenbad. Restaurant hatte gute Essen zu faire. Preisen. Leider hatte meine Dusche keine Türe, so dass das Bad nach der Dusche etwas überflutet war. Würde aber wieder hier übernachten.
