Out of date

Hotel which we have returned too several times. Now it needs to be renovated. No aircondition, nor any fan. On hot summer days, stay away.

We had a great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. We could walk to the train station. Grocery store was close by, as well as restaurants and a wonderful ice cream shoppe. It was great to find a hotel that could accomodate 5 in one room.

Large room

We had one night stay with our kids. It was easy to check in as it was done digitally. The room was large and clean, parking included. We didn’t try the breakfast, it cost extra, there is a bakery close where you get fresh bread and they add whatever you want to it while waiting. Wifi worked well

Unfit for hotel use!!

The room was unfit for staying in. There were mould in the corners and on the walls and stains (blood?) on one wall. We did not stay in the hotel but found another place to stay. We have requested a refund but the hotel refuse, and say that they cannot do anything about the mould!!!!

Blood on sink and mold on ceilings

The stay was a big disappointment. We stayed in a 5 person room which had blood on the sink and a very dirty toilet. We were moved to a 4 person bedroom with an extra bed. This room had mold on the bathroom ceiling, the water tap in the bathroom was very dirty, full of spiderwebs and because of the extra bed, too small for 5 persons. I was advised to send a mail to the manager, but the manager doesn't care as we did not get any reaction after a mail, a reminder mail and a phonecal to ask for a reaction. We'll never stay here again!! See the pictures of the blood on the sink, the dirty water tap, the spider webs and the mold on the ceilings

I had a comfortable basement en-suite twin room for use as a single room. The bedroom had a comfortable single bed for my use. It had a large washbasin and large mirror in front of it. There was a writing desk with chair. The desk had a lamp, and phone to reception, and above the desk was a flat screen tv with remote. The beds had lights and there was a light for the room. The tiled shower room had a shower cubicle and w.c. Sufficient towels, toilet rolls, paper tissues, and shower/ hand gel dispensers were provided. The bedroom and hotel entrance could be accessed with an electronic keycard. My only problem was that most days, the hot water from the tap was barely warm The buffet - style breakfast was more than adequate and cost 10 Euros. Please note that the reception desk is NOT manned late in the evening or overnight. Although the hotel in Norderstedt is not strictly-speaking in Hamburg, transport is good with local buses and an affordable U-Bahn (metro/tube - style trains), also S-Bahns, buses and ferries. The Hamburg-Card for various lengths of stay provide access to public transport and give some discounts to, say, museums. These reasonably-priced cards are obtainable from ticket machines at stations by paying cash or using a payment card.

Beschreibung stimmt nicht, keine Wasserflasche auf dem Zimmer, keine Minibar. Keine Zimmereinweisung. FenstervorhĂ€nge zerrissen, faustgroße Löcher Polstermöbel ekelig befleckt Teppichboden wirkt stark verdreckt, abgenutzt, voller Flecken Das ganze Zimmer, die Einrichtung, inklusive des Badezimmers ist heruntergekommen und dĂŒrfte nicht mehr vermietet werden. Der Vermieter, auf den schlechten Zustand des Zimmers angesprochen, reagierte absolut desinteressiert.

Wij hadden een prima kamer, bestaande uit 2 slaapkamers en 1 badkamer. Hadden een 5 persoonskamer geboekt en kregen een 4 persoonskamer. Gelijk goed opgepakt. Wij waren met gezin van 4 en mijn volwassen broertje. Hij kreeg toen voor zelfde prijs een hele eigen kamer. Bedden waren schoon en prima om op te slapen. Maar ik weet dat het beetje verschilt per kamer. Koelkast was smerig. Sommige dingen wat slecht afgewerkt en wat vieze plekken op de muren enzo. Dus geen plek voor mensen met smetvrees. Maar bedden waren schoon (ook gecheckt onder de lakens etc) en badkamer was schoon. Dus voor 1 nachtje vonden wij het prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Ontbijt niet erg uitgebreid. Maar wij hebben er prima gegeten. Ook dat past bij de prijs. Geen diner, maar op loopafstand bij een heel goed restaurant gegeten (sweinke) Afijn, wij vonden het een prima hotel om er een nachtje te overbruggen als je bijvoorbeeld net als ons onderweg bent naar Denemarken.

Vi visste inte vad som ingick i vÄr vistelse. Genom Hotels.com sÄ kryssade vi i att vi sökte efter hotell dÀr det ingick husdjur och frukost och hittade detta hotell som alternativ. Sett till pris och det familjerum med 5 sÀngar i kÀllare med relativt dÄlig ventilation sÄ tycker man att vÄra förval (husdju+frukost) borde ha ingÄtt. PÄ telefon inför ankomst, kvÀllen innan sÄ kÀndes det Àven som att frukosten var en naturlig invit vilket Ànnu mer sÀkrade kÀnslan om att den ingick. Med den vandrarhemskÀnsla som rÄdde i kÀllaren, pÄ vÄrt rum sÄ var det endast badrumsutrymmet som höll nÄgon slags hotellkÀnsla. Vill Àven ge god feedback för den frukost som serverades samt den service som vi erbjöds i samman med den.
