Good night stay. The only thing was the property was so warm but otherwise comfy bed, clean. Done us well for the night

Guess your room Number!!

We arrived around 22.00 to the ”hotel” . This is not a hotel but a studio kinda apartment . Also there s no staff , its a self check in . But the mail with the code to the entry door and the code to the box with the key was not sent , so we had to get internet at a close by mcdonalds and also borrow a phone from a stranger to be able to call the service nr , after 10-15 min the mail with the codes was sent , but they forgot to mention the room nr , so we had to guess and try the card key in every floor ! There was other guest with similar problems .

Man entered my room 3 times while I was undressed

Maintenance man entered my room 3 TIMES and i was NAKED EACH TIME, IN BED!!! I was solo with my 6 year old daughter. He kept entering. Only spoke german. There is NO ONE AT THE APT. Its all remote - do they know who this maintenance guy with the tattoos is who is entering my room? DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR WOMEN. Contruction going on. I emailed support - they were remote and just said sorry, he is allowed to do that - BY EMAIL. What do we know about their background checks? I Never want to use a hotel on hotels.com that doesnt have on site services, its not safe for women. Hotels.com gave me a refund and another room. How dare they?!

Ingen reception & morgenmad stedet var ikke ved hotellet, man skulle ud & gå lidt. Men ellers var det godt, tæt på banegård, supermarked & spisesteder.

very attractive appartment for short stay

It was amazing the apartment very easy access with keys very clean comfortable and transportation to city centre are very easy. I felt like my home and my room. I truly recommended to someone to stay at base appartments.
