"Great customer service."

"I stayed at the Hyatt beginning March 20 while taking my three-year-old daughter to Peppa Pig World to celebrate her birthday. Upon arrival, the front desk associate (a young man) was very kind, attentive, and made check-in quick and easy, which I really appreciated after traveling. Later that evening, around 10:30 PM, I realized our room did not have any hand towels or face towels. I went to the front desk to request those items, along with an extra comforter for my daughter. I was informed by a staff member (I believe her name was Palin) that laundry had not been completed for the past two days, so they were out of hand towels, face towels, and additional comforters. Unfortunately, we had to make do with what we had that night. During the night I woke up to find a roach on the ceiling, which was very concerning. I reported this to the front desk early that morning and showed them a photo. The staff responded quickly and were attentive in addressing the issue, which I appreciated. Overall, the experience was mixed. While some staff members were helpful and professional—especially the gentleman who assisted me at the end—there were clear issues with basic necessities not being available, as well as cleanliness concerns. I’m grateful for the efforts made to resolve things, but I do wish things were a little better. "

"The shuttle to the airport was very timely and left as scheduled on the morning of our flt. We only waited about 5 minutes for puckup at the airport for our ride back to our vehicle at the hotel. Compared with others we have used in the past this onecwas definitely a big improvement."

"Overall, it was a very dingy stay. ✅ Sheets had an odd smell ✅ Computer chair in the room was extremely tattered (looked like they got it out of a dump) ✅ Incredibly cramped bathroom (I'm not a huge-sized-person) ✅ Chipped floor panels throughout the room ✅ Rips in the shower curtain ✅ Very bare minimum amenities within the room ✅ Don't let them having a gym fool you, its very cramped and cluttered ✅ Card to enter the room took several tries to get the door open 🌟 The staff was pleasant (only good thing)"

"This property is gorgeous and had several great restaurants and bars onsite. We ate at the Riverwalk Cantina several times for lunch (buffet that was amazing) and dinner (full service). The servers and chefs were kind and friendly. My only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the pool. For a resort this large and expensive, the outdoor pool seemed to be an afterthought. It was very small and crowded, with no seating available by 12PM. People were strewn about laying on the concrete pooldeck, and you had to be careful not to step on someone. The DJ was so loud that we couldn't hold a conversation without moving to the far side of the pool. We ended up laying on the pool deck our towels and stayed for about 3 hours. I specifically stayed here for the pool because it looked so relaxing online. It was anything but that. Very dissapointing. The 4 stars were from the top notch restaurants and the poolside food and drink. "
