"When we arrived the staff was friendly and checked us in. We left the room and came back and the lock wouldn't work. "This place was amazing. They accommodated every thing we needed. We are handicapped and traveling with our daughter and three grandchildren. They gave us adjoining rooms and it made it super convenient for us. Would recommend this hotel for all close to a Hershey Park and restaurants and fun."
