The location is great as it is very central to the town. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Very clean room which had everything that I needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely cooked breakfast, too.

The property had everything we needed for our break. Warm and comfortable and the hot tub was perfect! Great location for visiting Suffolk, we visited Southwold, Aldeburgh and the town of Halesworth which has plenty of cafes and pubs. Would definitely recommend.

Great staff, amazing with my young lad. Only stayed for one night but they were very helpful. Special shout to the receptionist I think his name was Timothy, (apologies if wrong) he was great. We were Derby fans and came to see the Norwich match and he was so helpful with parking tips and planning. ...
