「This was our fourth stay at the Crescent, our first under Champneys’ ownership. As locals we are invested in the building, having followed its restoration over the years, not least with considerable financial help from the county and borough councils. We booked our stay some weeks ago through Expedia - I selected a room we had used before and paid full price. I didn’t delve for the ‘important information’ which is further down the screen. 「This was a great stay. A beautiful heritage property. Felicia and her Paul were fantastic hosts. We stayed with our son his wife and their 22 month old toddler. They could not have made us more welcome. Felicia was very accommodating about breakfast and other things as our son was running the Cheshire held marathon. The breakfasts were all delicious. Highly recommend this as a place to stay.」

「The room wasn’t air conditioned but there was a fan but it was a very hot day, comfortable room and great location.」

「Nice location. Everything fine. Nice to have 2 chairs in a double room, often other places only provide 1. I have no problems with anything here, but if you're looking for points for improving ratings, I'd say TV could have been bigger (couldn't really watch it from the bed in room 6), and it would have been nice to be able to help yourself to breakfast items like cereals, milk, juice.」
