"Cleaning staff could do a better job. Dried blood on the comforter, garbage bag left outside our patio door, we were never told they didn’t service the rooms so no fresh towels for three days. "Maintenance tried to come into my room while I was asleep, I ran from the bed to block the door. Kasa forgot to tell pple about pest control visit. Thin walls, cheap bed frame and noisey. Communication isnt great between host, Kasa & building. Didn't feel safe staying here."
