Most people you speak to are there as return or multi- return guests because the experience is just wonderful The staff are friendly and attentive, the setting idyllic and the diving and snorkelling exceptional. "⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A true five-star experience—without the need for a luxury resort. I searched high and low across the Maldives for a quiet, affordable, no-frills retreat where I could spend two weeks in peace. What I discovered at Belmar Beach was far more than I hoped for—it was a profoundly rich and unforgettable experience. My room opened directly onto the beach, and every morning felt like magic. The staff, including Abdula and Mohamed, were endlessly kind and attentive, always ready to help organize day trips or even excursions to nearby resort islands if you craved a cocktail or a change of scenery. My final night is something I’ll never forget. Feeling a little sad to be leaving, I was surprised and deeply touched when the staff arranged a private dinner for me at a little table set directly in front of the shimmering sea. It was the perfect farewell. If you’re looking for over-water villas and flashy luxury, this is not the place for you. But if what you seek is peace, cleanliness, simple but delicious meals, and truly outstanding service, Belmar Beach is a gem. I know I’ll be back. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making my stay so special."
