Should have kids menu or kids food. There was no kid foods even though it was written kids friendly environment. The staffs were not friendly(on dining hall) as expected when it is compared with Japanese hospitality level. Other than this, all were super smooth.

4. 5 over all with specifics

3 things I didn't like knowing full well the affordability / the price tag of the hotel 1. Cheap nato for breakfast and cheap one use chopsticks 2. No view from anywhere within hotel 3. Meal service was just a bit off, like steak was on fry pan, not even a possibility of egg for breakfast even if you order, no tea for supper, etc.

感謝酒店的體貼服務

我們check in 那天正下大雨，全身濕透，酒店給我們提早check in, 12:00 取房，當日全日大雨，我們只好留在酒店浸溫泉，第二日早上雨小了點，我們便匆匆辨理退房，繼續昨天延誤的行程，怎料走到公車站，等了很久都沒有公車來，唯有折返酒店，回到酒店後才知道當日所有公車因天氣惡劣關係停了，計程車也沒有。酒店非常好，容許我們再上房延遲退房時間至中午12時，可是不知交通什麼時候才可恢復。後來我們在網上見到有一個車站剛恢復運作，但我們由酒店去那個車站的交通還未恢復，酒店職員非常好，知道後，提供免費一程車給我們由酒店去恢復服務的公車站。在此我們表達對酒店的謝意。首先，第一天讓我們提早check-in，第二天讓我們折返房間及延遲退房時間。最重要一點是提供免費車，送我們到最近剛恢復運作的車站，不然我們真的不知道在酒店大堂要等到何時才可以返回新宿。在此再一次感謝酒店體貼的服務。

とても閑静で過ごし易いホテルですがアメニティーをもう少し充実して貰えるとありがたいです。あとロビーでのコーヒーが200円で有料でしたが、これも無料サービスにして頂けると嬉しいです。
