Super new and convenient to get around. Facilities in great condition. Only drawback is shower area quite small.

Google maps were misleading by taking us to the La Vista hotel and not the La Vista ANNEX. Thankfully the lovely staff drove us to the right place. The hotel room was large and comfortable and the staff were friendly. The. Onsen was great!

Best breakfast ever. Nice combination of city hotel and hot spring resort. I’d love to stay again if I get an another opportunity to visit Hakodate.

本館に比べてこじんまりしていて静かで良い雰囲気でした。スタッフの方もみなさんとても感じ良くて快適に過ごせました。コーヒーやお茶は２４時間飲めるし、アフタヌーンティーでお菓子が置いてあったり、パンがあったり痒いところに手が届くと言った感じで、また訪れたいと思いました。

施設、サービス共に非常に良いホテルだと思います。一つだけ気になった点は、三つある貸切風呂について、隣のお風呂に入ってる方の話し声が大きくて、丸聞こえ、これは気分を害されました。。。

初めての函館旅行で選びましたが良いホテルでした。 貸し切り露天風呂の空きをスマホでチェック出来るのでそれがほんと良かったです。 部屋も綺麗でしたが洗面台に髪の毛が何本かあり掃除が少し残念なぐらいでその他は大満足です。 アイス、ガラナ、ヤクルト、珈琲、ラーメンなどサービスがあり子供達は喜んでいました。 朝寝起きで沢山食べれなかったので次は夕食付きにしようと思いました。

館内のレストランで夕食をとりたかったですが、予約制ですでに予約が埋まっているとの事で、やむを得ず周辺のレストラン等を探しました。館内のレストランが使えないのは完全に想定外で、周辺の案内もなかったので大変残念でした。部屋は良かったですが、値段の割にはスタッフのサービスの質が低い印象を持ちました。

朝食が、刺身やいくら正油漬け、かに汁、焼きホタテ、焼きシシャモ、美味しいプリン、黄色いトマトジュース 、ローストビーフなどなどとても美味しかった！ 朝からいくら丼が食べれるので、外に出て海鮮丼を食べる必要がなくて、経済的だと思いました 毎朝、海鮮丼食べました また、行きたいです♥️

宿泊日が水曜日だった為、近所の飲食店が休業日のお店が多く残念でした。 立地がよく赤煉瓦周辺も徒歩圏内で夜の散歩も良かったです。 また部屋も貸切風呂も良かった、また泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした。

23년초에 오픈한 신축이라 깨끗하고 조식이 좋아요
신축이라 깨끗하고 옥상의 온천도 야경을 볼 수 있어 좋았어요. 아카렌가와 모토마치에 걸어가기 편하고요. 방도 넓고 샤워실이 따로 있어 편리했습니다. 조식은 해산물도 신선하고 좋은데 석식은 1인당 9천엔이었는데 구성도 퀄리티도 부실해서 아쉬웠습니다.
