Really nice authentic boutique hotel in a great location, if you want to be in the German Colony. Walk away from the port and plenty of restaurants in between. Good breakfast.

A very nice property in a good location. Even though it is an older property, it is in good condition. This hotel had one of the better breakfast buffets on our trip.

Very nice hotel in the nice area of Haifa. The hotel is very nice, very clean and very friendly. The room was very quiet and very beautiful. The breakfast was nice in a very nice dining room. We love it very much and we will return.

Everyone was very friendly. We came early in the day, but the clerk let us check in anyway. Our luggage was lost by the airline, and the hotel staff helped us locate the delivery van and secured our bags until we returned to pick them up. Breakfast was good. The location is convenient to trains, buses, and downtown.

The staff was exceptional!! They were always kind courteous and went beyond our expectations. Location was exactly what we needed. Our room view was perfect to be able to see the Bahá’í terraces and Shrine. Bus transportation was close, plenty of restaurants available. I can honestly say I miss all of them.

The staff was wonderful and the breakfast fantastic. Guests are required to be checked in for breakfast. Available parking behind the hotel was great to have but complicated to get to due to one way roads. Ear plugs are a necessity if you want to get to sleep. Very loud music nearby can be fun or a deterrent, although the proximity to great restaurants is nice.

The best part of this property is actually the breakfast, it’s outstanding. The rooms are decent but a bit small. The staff is great and helpful. Whatever you do, try your best not to get a room facing the main road. He gets very loud at night with the traffic and the kids on motorcycles

Very pleasant experience.

The hotel is excellently located with great restaurants around. Not much parking but we got lucky and never had a problem. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, breakfast was peaceful and delicious. The hotel is on the older side but, for us, that just added to its character. With the exception of some water damage on the walls the room was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

The place is very nice and nostalgic . It gives old vibes from the outside but fresh and new inside still with the touch of the authenticity of the old building. It was very convinient with all the necessaities in the room and they were nice and welcoming and we had everything as we ordered. we even had netflix . The food was delicoius and clean. The hotel was clean and we really enjoyed our staying in the room. we had access to the dinning room 24 hours for water coffee and tea which was a nice addition,the hotel is located in a great place and we had all kinds of stores and resturants around and there was a near by free parking for the car. there is bus stop near also. I recommend this hotel very much and comparing to other hotels it is cheap and great.
