The only negative i have is the endless stream of ants, with a couple of other insects thrown in. The staff were welcoming, and very friendly throughout our stay. Could certainly use some blackout curtains or you're awake when the sun comes up.

Very disappointed but great view
We booked this hotel based on the 8.2/10 ratings but were very disappointed by our experience.
We arrived in a room that wasn’t very clean, with little to no support from the front desk, no cold water / hot water depending on the day, people smoking in corridor in front of your room, terrible breakfast and pretty gloomy ambiance.
The only positive thing was the stunning view from the room.
Avoid and go to a nice AirBnb or home hotel instead

나름 신축호텔같아서 건물 자체는 청결합니다. 깟바선착장 앞쪽 메인거리랑은 약간의 거리가 있는데 그리 멀지는 않습니다. 로비 직원들 서비스는 별로인것같네요. 그리 친절하지도않고 무난합니다.

Excellent view from bedroom balcony. Great location. Helpful staff - organized our transfer from Hanoi directly to hotel and hotel to Ninh Binh for us. Transfers were smooth and hassle free. Also set up tour to cruise Ha long Bay with Mr Tung. Excellent tour. Great hotel, ok breakfast, highly recommend.

The hotel is almost new. Really quiet sector of the busy catba mainstreet street. Friendly staff who are completely devoted to their guest. I really, really, enjoy my stay at this hotel and ill strongly recommand this place for my friend and family.
Good view, good size, clean, good breakfast, everything that you expect from an hotel!
