「員工很友善，而且有免費的洗衣設備可使用，令我不解是，我有在特别要求項目下，寫要低樓層房間，飯店却没有收到來自hotels.com 的任何訊息，我們很多行李要提到樓上房間，很吃力。」

「The manager Chris was absolutely awesome. He was extremely attentive before we arrived and once we got there, he recommended several spots for us to check out, including a great restaurant and an incredible hot spring spa with amazing food. We stayed at the third floor apartment and the view was stunning. Highly recommend this place.」

「the hotel provided me a two bedroom apartment duo to I was the last person to check-in. It was a short stay. Room is good however without air condition, feeling cold. a heater is not enough for the room. I suggest they should have air condition in the apartment. The reception staff is kind and warm-heart. I like her :)」

「This is very close to The Lost Spring so we can just walk to the place and back. Just opposite to the Beach. Was not cold as there was not much rain in the weekend considering it was winter time. Very lucky. The lady looking after the motel was very willing to lend us another set of towel for us to use at the Lost Spring. Was very kind. Thank very much. Has a wonderful two nights there. Was not busy so there were plenty of parking. Will come back and stay there again one day.」
