"K1, 2, 3 다 같은 건물이고 다 아시겠지만 무인텔이라고 써있지만 무인텔 아닙니다. 먼저 모텔 관리자 너무 불친절합니다. 손님한테 시설 이용할때 이래라 저래라 간섭 심합니다. 조식도 라면과 팝콘 뿐인데 싸구려 씁니다. 엘베는 흔들거려서 살짝 무서운 느낌이 들고 방은 담배 쩐내가 빠지질 않아서 머리가 아플 지경입니다. 시설은 한 5-6년전쯤 리모델링 한듯 하고 그정도에 들여온 기구물들이 있긴 합니다. 가격도 싸지 않은 곳에 불친절하고 시설이 너무 별로여서 재방문 의사 없습니다."

"위치도 좋고 프론트나 방에 입실했을때는 컨디션이 좋았는데, 공기가 탁해서 에어컨을 켰는데 에어컨 소리가 무지 크고 온도나 풍량 조절도 안되서 불편했어요. 에어컨 끄고 창문을 열어놨는데 모기가 3마리나 들어와서 새벽같이 일어나서 그런점이 좀 아쉬웠어요."
