「The main thing I was worried about was being able to check in early because I had a winery concert event to go to and check-in is at 3PM and I was arriving at 11AM. When I arrived, my room was available, and I was able to check in early. The room was great, spacious, clean and smelled great. My only issue was there were no washcloths in the bathroom but that’s an easy fix and I called housekeeping and they brought them right up. 「The room and service was excellent. Nice large suite with plenty of room. The bed was comfortable with the pillows large and fluffy, the way I like it. Room was near the elevator and the ice machine was just outside the door. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Martinsburg. 」
