We are a family of 4 and only booked this place as it has a pool, jacuzzi and sleeps 4 comfortably due to having 3 beds albeit one was a sofa bed. Told to send a msg. the day before for check in details, never responded. Called the number provided, no answer. Finally via WhatsApp we got a response, after some time. We booked for 4 nights. No washing machine. No extra blankets. Had to contact the person via WhatsApp...

"So much wood and a very ample space. Clean and the staff aiming to please. I'd rather stay here than in an expensive hotel - much more room, kitchen, living room, multiple bedrooms with balcony. It is at the edge of the Historic city so choose your route home wisely after 8pm. The place looks like the pictures posted. So charming. Loved our stay."

"Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine."

"The property was nice. Very clean and modern. The area was great. However, communication with the host/property manager wasn’t great. I reached out several times before the arrival date to no response. No replies on day of arrival until 30 after check in when I finally got a reply and instructions. The shower with the covering on only one panel means a very wet bathroom floor, even with a floor towel."

"Excellent with caveat: Diner service can be surprisingly slow. Order Room Service if you have an early start. Shuttle excellent! Easy to and from UIO. Breakfast is an amazing buffet-- so many fresh, delicious, international choices. Our first night dinner (Saturday) was a diverse buffet and we loved it after a LONG day of travel. Our second night (Thursday) we ordered off the menu. We had early flights the next day but given the restaurant wasn't busy at all -- maybe 15% full. We were wrong. Expect a wait of ~40 mins after ordering. Rooms are great-- clean, extra towels were provided quickly, and lots of horizontal space & mini fridge. Not too hot/cold and pretty quiet with only a few sounds during the night. Great choice for a place to rest near the airport for sure."
