We loved our stay at Niu Beach Hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the property was gorgeous, and the room was very clean. Having the kitchen in our room was great so we could prepare our own meals. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great. The room was so beautiful. Everything is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have bikes you can borrow for a quick run to the grocery store. We also enjoyed taking out the paddle boards.

Terrific location, well kept units. Would absolutely stay again. We wanted something centrally located, on the beach, and setup for a family of four to sleep & live in comfortably. This was a perfect fit for us as we are in the ocean, hiking, etc during the day and don’t need a pool/restaurant on site.

Soooooo Relaxing!!!

A wonderful and relaxing stay on Moorea. The bungalow was well-appointed, clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was quiet, and had gorgeous sunset views. Breakfast was also great! We'd love to return.

This newer hotel was excellent for our three night stay on Moorea. Very clean and quiet, nice staff, and very comfortable accommodations. We had a beachfront bungalow, and really enjoyed the stocked kitchen and lovely patio. The beach is really nice, with decent snorkeling just offshore. There is a small shopping center a few miles away, convenient for anything you might need. We will return!

Memorable Stay

We had an amazing and memorable stay at Niu. The buildings are brand new, kitchen well equipped, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Having access to kayaks was great for paddling up and down the coast. We had a water view which was great for privacy and sunsets! I’d absolutely stay again.

Overpriced but otherwise ok

Overpriced by around 30%. Rooms are generally good for 3 star hotel, however, a few things need to be fixed such as showers were not working correctly. Service staff was friendly. 35 euro for a buffet style breakfast per person is overpriced. Overall a good hotel with a too high price tag.

Grateful guest in Moorea

We had a peaceful, restful time. The suites and decor are simply beautiful. The lighting, details, and simple touches felt like guest experience was the priority. Having a kitchen, patio and shaded outdoor seating was ideal. Sea access on site and public beach and a few restaurants and shops nearby (10-15 min walk). in Would 100% happily return!

We had a wonderful stay at Niu Beach, service was excellent from the moment we arrived. The beach bungalow was modern and new with plenty of facilities including a small kitchen, where we managed to cook breakfast and lunch. The beach and coral are excellent with a few steps from the bungalow patio straight into the sea. We had a great week from storms to sunshine but throughout our wonderful stay in Moorea we would definitely return to Niu Beach. Thanks so much to all the staff.

We spent 5 nights at niu beach hotel, this property was nicely decorated, clean and new, the studio spaces are well thought out for 2. We found it very helpful having a kitchenette for when we couldn’t book in at some of the busier local restaurants, and a small supermarket just a bike ride away. The kayaks were fun, and it was nice to snorkel straight from the beach. We were told the area was known for turtles, but they were elusive for us. The staff were very helpful and kind. The local tours that we took would pick us up from the hotel. Speaking french will help you in Moorea, but is definitely not required.

Beautiful location and accommodation on Moorea

I often don’t write reviews but this hotel deserves an excellent review. We stayed at Niu Beach four nights at the end of our trip to the Tahitian islands. The cottages are almost brand new, the cottage layout was well thought out, large and had some unusual great features- including a roll-up shutter in the kitchen leading to an outside kitchen bar area. The reception personnel, particularly Mermaid (the English translation of her name) were very helpful and friendly. The housekeeping was very good - the rooms were very clean. The location on a beach with good snorkeling and a little Motu put front was fantastic. It was quiet and relaxing with a great view.

This place is really special. Has to be the best kept secret on the island. Why would anyone pay 2-3 times more for the Hilton or Sofitel, when this brand new hotel has much newer and better accommodations? The rooms are contemporary, but still maintain a Tahitian vibe Loved having the AC for sleeping, and being able to access Netflix and other streaming services on the TV was a nice feature. The kitchenette is awesome, and we saved so much money by preparing a majority of our meals from locally sourced products. Being right on the beach is the only way to go, and this place definitely did not disappoint. We had free access to kayaks and paddle boards, and took full advantage of that, paddling out each morning to the tiny private island just in front, where you are able to do some amazing snorkeling. And the sunsets, WOW! But with all these amazing amenities, the very best thing has to be the staff, and how friendly and responsive they are. This place truly is a gem. Mauruuru Niu Beach Hotel! We will be back!

This is an excellent property. I drove by it on a previous trip to Moorea and knew that I wanted to stay there the next time I came. My cabin is situated right on the beach, and the view is stunning. All through the day there are boats passing and fish going by. The sunsets are absolutely spectacular as the water sets across the lagoon. I will be back again as this is my new favorite place
