Ha Long International Cruise Port Tours

A great stay in the heart of the old quarter! Great location in the middle of shops/restaurants and about 10min walk to sites like Hoan Kiem Lake and Train Street. Room and bathroom were clean and perfect size for a solo traveler. Of note, there was no desk just a small coffee table. The window didn't really face the street but was enough to get some sunlight in. Bottled water, bathrobe, and sandals were a nice addition. Breakfast was a nice spread with Vietnamese and continental options. There wasn't a ton of seating so you may have to share a table with other guests. Staff was friendly and accommodating; no issues checking in or out.

Excellent service. Everyone is so kind and attentive, very accommodating and friendly! Location is another plus. Would recommend.
