"We stayed for 2 nights and loved this hotel. The rooms were great and had the best Ocean view. Taking a ferry from the check in building to the hotel was an interesting experience. The hotel is huge with lots of dining options. We tried the dinner buffet one night, the service and food choice was really good. "The hotel is very noisy, children running all around the lobby area with no supervision. Balcony has no patio set chairs and table to put coffee and drinks. Property and staff provide excellent service to me but there should be supervision on level of noise in the lobby area. "

"Honeymoon suite was incredible, huge and beautiful, very large outdoor private terrace (though semi overlooked by next door). Great experience, though would have liked more time cruising (we had a 45 minute tender boat transfer) and as all these cruises, tried to pack too much activity into a short time and sadly even Lan Ha Bay was busy with lots of rubbish in the water. Food was good including lots of vegetarian options. Overall very good. "
