非常好的下龙湾行程

非常好的下龙湾行程，越南很热，所以一边吹着空调一边看着下龙湾落日美景真的很享受，如果是一日往返的船只基本都是没空调的，会很热！这艘船整体还是比较新的，刚上船的那餐午饭是几道式的西餐，晚饭和第二天的早饭都是自助餐，很干净，味道做的也好！在船上的两天一晚还参加了两次活动，一次是另外乘小船去个溶洞，还有一次是上岸去更大的一个蝙蝠洞探险，都不用额外付费，很都不错！就算体力不佳也能轻松玩下来，总体来说，这个行程我们三个人都很满意！

The ship, staff, cleanliness, the food—all of it was amazing. We stayed in the elegant suite and was really blown away by the room. The staff is extremely kind and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Great cruice in Ha Long Bay

Great staff and facilities. Enjoyed our 1 night cruise. Well orginazed stransport to cruise terminal. Had the top suite with an enormous terrace, great. Very clean cruise ship. Very friendly and service minded staff. Quick respond from office with regards to communication before arrival VN.

Overall I had a lovely two days and one night on my Mon Cheri Cruise. The room was very tidy, the crew was kind, and the food was great! One thing that I did not enjoy is, as a female solo traveler, I was not prioritized like the couples and families on the boat. For meals we had assigned seating. I was placed at very small patio table in the corner or off to the side of the buffet away from the views of the bay. This left me feeling like I wasn't as valued as the others on the boat. It made me feel more like an after thought. In the future I would suggest keeping this in mind for travelers traveling solo. All in all, the trip around Ha Long Bay is one of the best things I have ever done.

Great, friendly staff! Excellent excursions with Brian. The room itself had quite some smaller usage marks and was not too tidy. But the panoramic window and fantastic views totally made up for that.

Our cruise had a number of kids on board. Therefore, the cooking demonstration and squid fishing were very kids oriented and we were unable to enjoy them. The cooking demonstration waa quite basic - it was just fresh spring rolls. Overall, we had a lot of idle time ... which some people may enjoy. We wished that there were some more activities for the cruise to be value of money e.g. more sight seeing or a more elaborate cooking class.

The cruise itself is amazing with stunning scene. The activities are appropriate for a night stay. The staffs on board are very caring and friendly. It makes our stay very pleasant. The ship itself is also very good. Restaurant is comfortable and the choice of food is also very good. Don't miss their happy hour when some exotic drinks can be ordered. The assisting cabin manager Bill is very helpful and he also acted very responsibly in every activities. Tai chi at the deck at 6:15 in the morning was also very refreshing. One unpleasant thing was the toilet not working properly even after 2 repairs. Proper maintenance is definitely needed. Otherwise, it is a great cruise and we would surely come back with Mon Cheri and probably go for 2 nights next time on a different route.

Everything was good, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The facilities are amazing. Plus it is the only cruise in Halong Bay that served halal certified food which is a definitely a plus point for muslim travelers. Side note, they do served pork but as informed by one of the staff, they have two separate kitchen to prepare for the halal meal.They also offer a return shuttle from Hanoi Old Quarter to cruise terminal at 35USD per person. Overall it is highly recommended.

Mon Cheri provides top-notch service at every turn! The facilities, food and staff were all impressive. We took the luxury shuttle from Hanoi. It had reclining seats and excellent wifi. When we arrived in Ha Long we were ushered to a small waiting room with free bottled water and wifi. After just a short wait we were ushered to a small boat that took us to the larger cruise ship. The crew was waiting for us upon boarding with cool towels and fresh-brewed tea. We felt like royalty from that first moment until disembarking the following day!

Good experience

Everything was as advertised. The boat was in great condition And our room was big and clean. The room had a nice balcony for two people to sit. Check in was easy and everything was on schedule. The cruise is run on a schedule and it’s to the minute. The food was really good and they also had a great selection from the bar. The staff are very attentive and make sure you are well take care of. We have zero complaints about Mon Cheri cruises

Unforgettable

We had a wonderful stay from the moment we were picked up from our hotel in Hanoi to when we were dropped off the following day. The staff were so nice and friendly, the food was great, the activities were fun and the beautiful cruise ship was so smooth. They also prepared a cake and special decorations for our second honeymoon. It was an unforgettable cruise!

Great overnight cruise in Halong bay. Elegance suite with balcony has large king bed, bathroom with tub and shower, private balcony, plenty of room. Staff very accommodating, friendly, with decent English proficiency. Food excellent (lunch, snacks, full bar).

Fantastisk mini cruise

Vi havde et fantastisk mini cruise ombord på Mon Chéri - eneste ulempe var, at vi kun havde valgt et enkelt overnatning i stedet for to. Kahytten var så skøn med store vinduer og altandør direkte ud til vandet, og badeværelset var lækkert med en kæmpe brusekabine. Personalet ombord var ekstremt venlige. Både kajakturen og grotteturen var rigtig gode. Derudover så vi både den smukkeste solnedgang og solopgang, mens vi sejlede igennem det flotte Halong Bay.

Beautiful boat. Staff were excellent. Activities were enjoyable. Luxury boat for families and couples. Had an issue with cleanliness of the room, there was a residual smell of cigarette smoke, which I could smell because I have a pretty sensitive sense of smell, when I spoke to the manager, he said he couldn’t smell it whilst for me it was quite obvious.

ハロン湾は必見・モンシェリ2のお部屋も最高でした。

50代のカップル。大切な記念旅行にモンシェリクルーズを選びました。 モンシェリ２のスイートに宿泊 ハロン湾自体の素晴らしさは分かっていたのですが、船旅もリゾート旅行も経験豊かなパートナーへのプレゼント旅行だったので、クルーズ船の選択に悩み各客船のリサーチも相当しました。モンシェリクルーズを選んで本当に良かったです。 最初の昼食のコース料理はサービスが心地よかったです。その後の食事はビュフェとなるのですが、１食目がコースで食事を運んでもらえる分、同じテーブルの方との会話も弾み、よい旅の始りとなりました。 飲み物は有料ですが、リーズナブルでした。 お部屋はとても清潔で、ジェットバスもばっちり。 昨年就航した新しい船とのことでしたが、電気系統や内装、水回りをリノベーションした船だと思います。 初日のバンブーボート or カヤックで静かな海を楽しむアクティビティーは、静かな水音だけの世界がすばらしかったです。居心地がとてもよかったので部屋での時間を大切にしたくて、２日目のアクティビティーはスキップしました。 ハロン湾は日帰りツアーもありますが、夜も朝も経験できる１泊２日がおすすめです。 ちなみに、2泊3日コースもあるようですが、まったく違う食事が楽しめるようなら２泊もありかなと思います。 おすすめです！

Nice and tidy boat with huge suite and balcony. Great personnel, great views and great surroundings. Programme packages (1 night / 2 nights) are efficient and good as well is the service. During our trip in June, we had large groups of very loud and somewhat unpolite asians which took away part of the unique atmosphere. However, in our rear suite the balcony was somewhat unusable due to diesel exhaust gases. The engine and / or generator was running 24/7 and one could smell that in the balcony. Also the engine noise in the rear is continuous and pretty loud.
