"Beautiful hotel, great view, nice facilities. Fun being on an island with its own beach, and nicely appointed terminal. Excellent breakfast buffet. Sometimes busy, other times empty and peaceful. Only downside was chaotic check out, staff doing their best but other guests pushy and literally elbowing."

"Everything was good except they did not properly instruct our non speaking taxi driver that they arranged for transport to Hanoi airport and he took us to the wrong terminal after giving them correct information. Very annoying"
