「When we got there the person at the front desk said that the facility was booked solid and that he had only nine rooms available because he forgot to tell hotels.com that there was a renovation going on and could not help us. Also he said that he had to charge me himself for the room even when I had already paid through your website. This is why I had to reserved another room at Lone Star Suites I just hope you are not going to double charge me for two different hotel rooms.」

「The only reason I picked this was the 8.2 review rating, my mistake. The room wasn’t very clean. If you want to stay with rowdy construction crews, this is your place. The manager Jr. is a good guy and seems to be able to handle the situations that come up. 」

「The front desk attendant was, very attentive, had to ask were the elevator was located at check in, I asked for his name and was reluctant to give it to me. The property has to hot tubs, one didn’t work at all, and the other didn’t heat. They proudly listed as the amenities, the shower broke in the room and no maintenance person was on the property, they didn’t offer to move me to another room, I had to ask them and finally they moved me. 「Clean, nice rooms」

「Every was clean. However, there is construction in the hotel. Even at 8:45, Sunday, the day after July 4th, the workers decided to wake us up while using saws. Then, half the breakfast was cut out because of construction that was not even on the same floor. Worst experience I’ve had as a Hilton Honors members.」

「They didn't disclaim they were under renovations and the pool was closed! It looked more like a construction site than a hotel. It was a shock learning this after driving for over 2 hours to get there.」
