「Helpful staff. Quiet and clean room.」

「Room smelled of mildew and mold. Couches were wet to the touch and killed 2 roaches. Seems like there was a recent leak. If we hadn't checked in so late we would have left.」

「La habitación para no fumadores olía a humo muchísimo, cambiamos de habitación y el mando de la tele no funcionaba incluso cambiándole las pilas. El detector de humos necesita a pilas nuevas y lo acabaron dejando sin pilas porque no fueron capaces de cambiarlas. Lo peor, cucarachas gigantes en la habitación, matamos dos esa noche, una en el bańo y otra por el techo encima de la cama. No me volvería a quedar aquí.」

「When we got there the person at the front desk said that the facility was booked solid and that he had only nine rooms available because he forgot to tell hotels.com that there was a renovation going on and could not help us. Also he said that he had to charge me himself for the room even when I had already paid through your website. This is why I had to reserved another room at Lone Star Suites I just hope you are not going to double charge me for two different hotel rooms.」

「Pictures were deceiving. Nothing like the listing. Honestly was afraid to sleep on the bed. We had been driving for hours and just needed to sleep. Do not recommend.」

「The only reason I picked this was the 8.2 review rating, my mistake. The room wasn’t very clean. If you want to stay with rowdy construction crews, this is your place. The manager Jr. is a good guy and seems to be able to handle the situations that come up. 」

「The staff was wonderful, and helpful when anything went wrong. Room service did not come the day they were supposed to but the front office lady was so sweet and brought everything we needed to our room super quick. The pool and hot tub were amazing and we enjoyed them. We did also have some small ants in our room which was not ideal. Other than that, not a bad stay.」

「The room was very clean, well stocked with towels and the staff was warm and welcoming. We went downstairs to the bar instead of going out and ordered food while enjoying the pleasant atmosphere. The only con was the coffee maker didn't work for us. When we were leaving, the front desk inquired about our stay and offered to make us coffee. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.」

「My first time experience with Hampton was not the best. The staff did their best but the property hosted guests while rénovations were on going. Very dusty, making our rooms and the air with breath dirty. There was no hot breakfast for all 3 days. We were only given a 1day breakfast pass at a burritos 🌯 restaurant for only 2 people while we were 2 adults and 3 kids which was mentioned in out reservation. Overall everyone that stayed there during the weekend of July 17th 2026 deserves a 50%...

「They didn't disclaim they were under renovations and the pool was closed! It looked more like a construction site than a hotel. It was a shock learning this after driving for over 2 hours to get there.」
