"The rooms weren’t great and the walls are very thin. I could hear the TV in the room next door all night. "

"When they said Houston was scamming that included hotels too. Book 2 rooms, notified front desk multiple times of late arrival. Checked in was told verbally and signed a receipt for two charges. One for $312.55 and $647 agreed to what was told signed and swiped card. Checked out Sunday, turned key into FRONT DESK no hey there was a mistake with the charge. Got home checked my card another charge outside of the two I mentioned for $155. Called the Hotel spoke with manager and he tried to say it was a valid charge. Called Guest relations a week later no resolution. They are definitely scamming in Houston and that’s one hotel I would not recommend!!"

"They have very bad customer service. Terrible people. I didn’t get to stay there because they canceled my reservation before the stipulated 7a.m after calling that i will be arriving past midnight. No sort of empathy. I wouldn’t recommend this particular branch. I am definitely going to take this up."

"Chaundra and Jaylen were awesome. Miss Chaundra was very attentive and even assured my birthday and experience were great during my stay. The fire pit was my favorite place to lounge. There was one cleaning lady who wasnt that nice but I will say the hotel was very clean. Even the manage was great and offered recommendations for things to do and see. Can't wait for my next trip to Houston because I will be staying here again!"
