「The room was very clean and very spacious. It had a nice little kitchenette. The hotel owners and staff are wonderful people. Very kind and helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was affordable, and excellent! So many choices! They made us really good omelettes. Our stay was very short, but it was a lovely hotel experience. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. If you're looking for a place to stay in Burgas, look no further!」

「A wonderful stay at Perla Apartments! The location is perfect, being a mere second from the beach. But the staff are the absolute highlight. They were all phenomenal—incredibly friendly, immensely helpful, and always smiling. Their service is truly exceptional, and I can't speak highly enough of their dedication.」

Staff offered us discount vouchers to local restaurants, and gave recommendations as to what to do around town. She also taught us some basic Bulgarian, extremely nice. 」

「Everything is to enjoy at this hotel. Staff is kind, helpful, friendly. Parking could not be easier (in front of the hotel), To beach, just go down some stairs. My husband needed a cough medicine; the pharmacy was a two-minute walking. The hotel restaurant is excellent, and there are a few other restaurants around if you want a change. Additionally, it is a quick drive to old town Nessebar, a place that must be visited. 」

「The blond lady who was checking us in was really like she wanted us out. We paid in advance and both rooms were not on the same floor. The older family member and one slightly injured person couldn’t walk upstairs. We also has a baby and the 3rd floor without an elevator wasn’t an ideal solution. There were no other rooms to be switched too. On the other hand, the other lady accompanied by her children was always nice and tried to accommodate us as much as possible. Still, the first impression...
