"The hotel in general was very nice but there were little details such as the faucet in our bathroom not being connected to the sink that stuck out in my mind. The chair in the room looked stained and seemed out dated in general. The staff was great and extremely friendly. This was our second time staying in the hotel so I cannot say that I don't like it. I know that this last part cannot be helped but the only entrance/exit is a bit inconvenient since you have to perform a U-Turn to get to most other places."

"The room was not cleaned upon arrival"

"Room ph not working, no hangers in the closet, tv not connected, no cups for coffee or to drink wayer, no room service during a stay of 4 nights. "

"The towels had stains on them. The tub had stains in other people’s hair all in the tub to the point where I just washed my children up because I wasn’t comfortable giving them a bath in that tub. The floor is sticky and it smelled like vomit in the room. I brought air freshener to make my children have a comfortable stay. Hotels.com stated there will be room service stated and I received room so it’s not one time while I was there. The website also stated there was Wi-Fi. We had zero Wi-Fi the entire time we were there when trying to connect is said the router needed to be reset and when I contacted the front office, they stated it’s probably because I have my settings on my device that were blocking us from accessing the Wi-Fi. Two towels and two rags for a family of five because they were nasty and had stains on them. I didn’t even ask for more. The only good thing about this hotel for us was people kept knocking on our door giving me and my children food, which was a big blessing! They spoke of the community, which I adored!"

"The room was advertised like a queen bed but it is full size. If choosing double bed it is not meant for 4 average size adults Double bed says sleeps 4, yes if kids are going to sleep but not meant for two adult or youngsters to sleep on one of the double bed. The double bed is a full-size bed. not queen size bed. Sound from the road is quite loud. There is no one to one parking against each room directly. There is no breakfast you can get coffee or hot water. "
