「The property was quaint and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and some nice cooking supplies. The welcome gifts were a nice surprise and delicious. The washing area in the shed was great, sadly the clothesline was broken but the dryer worked perfectly. The back garden was very private and pretty. One downside was the windows were quite dirty and full of spider webs. The location is good if you have a car as no busses come to the area and taxis get a bit expensive. On a plus...

「No sink to wash your hands in the shared toilet. Shower tray was dirty. The breakfast wasn’t cooked properly leaving un edible. The manager to great delight in showing off her parrot as she had taught it to say, profanities.」

「Staff were lovely but the property needs a lot of TLC. The bathroom is tiny but well equipped. Good location for st Michael's Mount but not much else nearby. Bonus was, they offered breakfast included but we weren't hungry enough for a full English breakfast 😟」

「The property is tired. Some of the staff worked hard. Some were obviously inexperienced. But the big problem was there were not enough capable staff. Long waiting times for food. Ordering systems that failed. Simple things like getting your own coffee at breakfast did not work. Altogether a lack of energy and commitment to getting things right was missing. No obvious management. Fabulous views, great weather. Frustrating hotel. We stayed one night. Could not imagine staying longer. What a lost...
