EXTREMELY BAD SMELL

The space was decently big but as soon as we got in the room, there was a very bad lingering smell that threw us off from the moment we entered. It smelled like saliva and sperm, smell was so unpleasant we almost left instantly and my wife cried. We tried spraying perfume and get rid of the odor but it was too strong. The place is also not clean as the pictures show. Our bathtub was rusting and had yellowing everywhere and also pubic hair in the tub when we entered. The computer, styler, microwave are all very used and something you don't want to use. We barely stayed in the room due to this and had a very unplesant experience. Also I am not sure why this place is on HOTELS.com when it is clearly not a hotel. It's a motel, they have massage palor contacts on tissue boxes and give condoms for amenities. Super disappointed by hotels.com app.

새벽1시에 도착했는데 체크인 할때 큰 방으로 업그레이드 해주셨어요. 넓은 방에서 1박 스테이 잘 하다가 갑니다. 그리고 스타일러가 있어서 넘 좋았어여~!!

모텔수준임. 패밀리룸도 너무 작음. 다른 호텔과 비슷한 가격대비 낮은퀄리티. 조식도 주는날있고 안주는날있고 잠만자고 바로 나왔음. 다른호텔은 매진인데 여기만 남아있어서 어쩔수없이 자고 나옴. 여기만 남아있는 이유를 알것같음

부모님 모시고 광주여행한다고 갓었는데, 아주 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 가격도 저렴하였고(저번달 청도에 50만원준 독채보다 나은듯) 무엇보다 아침조식 서비스, 간단했지만 너무 좋았어요. 다음에 또 광주여행하면 무조건 이리 가겠습니다.

편하게 머물렀던 아주 좋은 호텔입니다

깨끗하고 최첨단 시설이라 매우 편리했습니다. 침구도 청결하였고 주위에 식당도 많이 있고 교통도 아주 편리 했어요. 아침에 살라드에 키위 드레싱 신선했고요, 유부초밥도 맛났어요.
계란 두개에 야채살라드, 과일 살라드까지...냠냠

가족 여행에 적합한 숙소

가족 여행 숙소로 아주 좋았어요. 원룸 형태이지만 벽으로 침대 공간과 쇼파 공간이 분리되어있고 티비도 두 쪽에 다 설치되어 있어서 편했습니다. 덕분에 다른 사람이 자는 동안 티비를 봐도 눈치가 보이지 않더라구요 ㅎㅎ 그리고 중심가에 위치해 주변에 식당이나 편의점이 많았습니다. 다만 리모컨에 조명을 조절하는 버튼이 있으나 작동하지 않는 점과 비데에서 계속 물이 나오는 점, 침대가 다소 딱딱하다는 점은 아쉬움으로 남네요. 그러나 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙소였고 나중에 또 광주에 방문할 일이 생기면 다시 예약할 것 같아요.

8시쯤 도착해 체크인 안했는데 호텔스닷컴에 체크인 한걸로 뜸, 방이 없고 예약기록도 못찾겠다고 함. 실갱이 끝에 방 마련해줌. 오버부킹으로 예상. 급하게 준비해서인지 이불에 세제덩어리가 붙어있었음 아이들 있는데 계속 해야하는 컴플레인이 지긋지긋했음

가족 여행 후기

방이 생각보다 크고 화장실도 욕조는 월풀에 변기는 비데에 샤워기도 따로 있고 세면대도 깨끗하고 커서 놀랐습니다. TV도 쇼파쪽에 하나 침대 쪽에 하나 있어서 시켜먹을 때도 잘 때도 편안하게 있을 수 있었습니다. 컴퓨터도 2대 있었지만 따로 사용은 안했네요. 방음도 잘 되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 다만 자동 도어락이 아니라 문 단속을 신경써서 해야하고 외출시에도 이게 문이 잠기는 건지 안잠기는 건지 확실하지 않았습니다. 그 부분에 대해서 카운터에서 따로 설명을 해줬으면 좋았을텐데 아쉽습니다. 시스템적으로 입구 근처에 패널이 있어서 외출 버튼을 누르고 나오고 외출에서 복귀하면 외출 복귀 버튼을 누르는 형식으로 되어 있는거 같았는데 시스템이 낯설어서 헷갈리네요. 그 외 숙소는 깨끗하고 깔끔하고 생각했던것 보다 방이 컸습니다. 그리고 LG 스타일러도 있어서 나중에 비즈니스 목적으로 출장오면 다시 이용하고 싶습니다. 가족여행으로도 다시 오고 싶은 숙소입니다. 마지막으로 조명 조절하는 패널이 문 앞과 침대 뒤편에 있었는데 글쎄요, 화장실 조명도 해당 패널에서 켜야해서 그 부분이 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 그 외에는 만족합니다.

너무 멋진 가족여행이었습니다 정말 친절하시고 룸도 너무 깔끔하고 침구가 다 안락해서 가족들이 다 포근히잤습니다 가까운 거리에 편의점이 있고 조식 샐러드바있는것도 너무 마음에 듭니다 조식 샐러드 상태가 정말 싱싱하고 좋앗습니다 월풀 욕조도 커서 아이들이 즐거워했습니다

1박 하였습니다.

룸 커디션은 전체적으로 좋았어요 청소 상태도 좋았고 침대 매트리스가 딱딱해서 소프트 했으면 하는 아쉬움이 커요. 제일 아쉬운점 조식 포함 조건 으로 예약 하였으나 제공되지 않았습니다.
