「We enjoyed our stay at theZip Hotel very much. It was conveniently located between 2 train stations, a 1 min walk to Sinchon Station and a 4 min walk to Sogang University Station.

「Clean, convenient transportation」

「I’m a returning guest who has stayed at this hotel multiple times, but the cleanliness seriously needs improvement. Upon arrival, there was a pile of hair from the previous guests left on the bathroom wall. I didn't report it during my stay because I just wanted to relax on my trip. Everything else was fine, but I hope this issue can be addressed.」
