It was a pleasant stay with good service - this is what is required when you get back from tiring work to rest in your room

No key, not clean.

You don't get the room key and have to ask front desk to open your room with the master key they have. Room looks clean but I got infection staying there and went to emergency center of hospital next day... Food or bed is assumed to be the cause. Not recommendable for foreign biz travellers.

Pathetic

This hotel will cost you like any other expensive hotel however there is no hot water in washroom, AC is highly ineffective, you call hotel staff and they tell you that it will be fixed however you keep waiting for it and it will never happen. Pathetic room. Bedsheet stinks, stains on it . Washroom are equallly bad.

Very nice US style hotel

Great hotel 10 mins walk away from the metro station at HUDA city center. A bit lonely as there are only hotels around. But MG rd is only 2 metro stops away. Staff is professional and curteous. Only issue was the central air conditioning did not respond to in room thermostat.

Perfect stopover

Stayed here in Nov 2014, as a stopover to catch a flight. Staff very helpful. Rooms clean and modern. Good shower. Clear window from bathroom into the bedroom (with a blind)! Excellent breakfast selection and coffee.

Central Blue Stone- Excellent hotel at great price

I had a stay for 1 night and i am extremely pleased with this hotel. This is new property so looks quite good. Check in was quick and smooth . Rooms and bathrooms were excellent. Clean and beautiful with all the amenities. The best part was it was not at all expensive. There is a little problem with the view from room windows as this hotel as hotels on both sides, so from windows only walls of adjacent hotels are visible. and i think they can improve on the air conditioning, it takes a little time to cool the room. But these are minor aberrations. I am definitely staying in this hotel whenver i visit gurgaon. highly recommended.
