「The hotel was what we expected for the price but not conveniently located for the place we were visiting.」

「First visit to Jalandhar was a good experience and was happy with the service overall. Breakfast was of a good standard with a variety of options. Room service was excellent with friendly staff. I was happy with my initial stay so I extended my trip and chose to stay longer. 」

「This property is not a hotel but operating as function venue. Each night there are multiple parties with loud vibrating music being heard in the rooms till early hours of the morning. The staff are polite enough however our complaints of not being able to sleep due to the noise were ignored. Nor were we properly compensated for the inconvenience and not being able to get a decent nights sleep. Eventually we checked out earlier than our departure date into another hotel.
