Staff was courteous.

This hotel is in an excellent location to reach city center and the central train station. Staff were very friendly and we were able to drop off our luggage until check in at 3pm. Spacious lobby with lots of seating and an elevator right beside the counter. The double room was very comfortable; soft bedding, a closet, a mini fridge, a long desk and bench, as well as a great sized bathroom. Towels and bedsheets are changed everyday unless you put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign. The room also had air conditioning if you prefer not to open the windows.

Was a fantastic location for visiting the city. Very good hotel, clean, good food, really helpful staff and would 100% stay again.

The breakfast was fine but there was a slight lack of hot options. The fruit was excellent, but overall I was not blown away. The hotel itself is well appointed but the area around the central railway is not the nicest (not the hotel’s fault!). However, it is brilliantly located for access to the city centre and airport. The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

Friendly and helpful staff, good location near main station, secure property. Somewhat noisy due to other guests, you could hear noise from other guests easily.
