"Fantastic location on beachfront with wonderful snorkelling just a few mins along the sand. Very friendly staff , front desk, housekeeping and restaurant. Our room was spacious and comfortable enough. It could be improved with more comfortable seating ( showing my age now) - both in the room and restaurant."

"Excellent views good location poor staff training average food not clean rooms in particular bathrooms no bottled water in rooms overall average management attention to detail. For a very discerning guest who appreciates the finer points, this is not for you but still the best option in Amed for if diving and snorkeling is your first love, give up on some of the comforts and stay at Griya"

"Room was super comfortable. AC worked great. Enjoyed the outdoor shower. We lounged on our private front porch either at the table or lounge chairs. Cottage 7 had view of gardens, pool, and some of the beach. Just past the pool is the beach with excellent snorkeling rivaling Jemeluk for coral. Staff was super friendly and helpful."

"A slice of absolute heaven right on the beach. Our room was stunning and we spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the water. Such a relaxing place. The restaurant is fabulous and breakfast was outstanding. The staff are all wonderful and owner Ari takes the time to check in that all is well. He organised a fabulous fishing charter for my husband and they came back with mire than 30 yellow fin and Benito. The restaurant cooked our fish for dinner and it was the tastiest Balinese meal i have ever had. The snorkelling is terrific ( enter on high tide) and the Japanese wreck is a real treat. Fabulous location and a very welcoming atmosphere."

"Luxury stay in a lovely quiet location away from noisy tourists hotspots of Bali. The accommodation is very con with a fantastic view and everything what you need even for long term stay. Clean rooms and pool, nice staff who are very helpful. We had great time. At least three good places to eat within first 100-300m from the property so if you don’t want to cook you will find great place for breakfast, lunch and dinner nearby. Just a warning that you have to claim stairs to get to the villa, but it didn’t bother us at all. Because it is far from major tourist spots you may struggle with finding taxi rides via typical Bali apps but there are plenty local drivers that are reliable and not expensive. Good WiFi in the villa."

"A stunning resort, where everything to enhance the stay has been thought of. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time and cannot recommend highly enough. The staff are all incredibly helpful and go the extra mile. Yes the road up to the resort is in need of repair however if you think of it as a theme park ride as our kids did, it’s a bit of fun! Thank you Alena and team."
