"I booked an apartment room and paid extra for it. Same room I've booked for 3 years for a kids birthday. When i arrived, they gave me a different room that had none of the accommodations or room that i needed. When i went back down to the desk there was no explanation or apology for the mess up and i never received any kind of compensation for the much smaller and somewhat broked down room that i got. On top of everything the hot tub was broke down and thats another thing we were looking forward...
