"Rooms were clean and the amenities were good. Staffs were kind and tried to help even though the language were not perfect to both of staffs and guests. Breakfast was fair and the taste good. The location of the hotel was in the bazar(traditional market place) and didn't have a owned parking space for self driving guests. So it was confused to park my vehicle for me. It's location was very close to the Agora of Smyrna(the old historical ruin) in 7 minutes by walking. If a guest want to visit...

"The location was excellent, staff were very polite and helpful, but the mattress was desaster, middle of the mattress was sunk, we woke up with back pain despite of complaining and the promise they made to take care of it they didn’t and my friend is still suffering from back pain."

"A very heavy smell in the rooms , corridors too. Stale air, not well maintained, chipped paint. Suite room sofa bed uncomfortable but staff is super helpful. We asked for extra sheets and duvets to ease the sofa bed issue."
