The accommodations were very appealing and the hotel was not overcrowded or noisy. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay to visit Amalfi but yet have separation from the busy and loud city streets. The hotel staff were excellent in all areas of service. "- Staff excellent, attentive, and welcoming - Room and hotel very clean, albeit some small inconveniences (i.e. bath plug was not lifting, glazed bathroom door not very private or soundproof and without a functioning lock) - Roof terrace is pleasant with a good atmosphere - Breakfast was delicious and varied - Easy access to main train station/hub, though area around the hotel is dirty, noisy, and often with shady-looking characters - Short walk to historical center of Naples and many decent pizzerias Overall, would recommend for the convenience and quality of the hotel."

"Beat Staff! All of them but I don’t know their names. Juicy was our go to person who helped us with our trip. She explains in detail what you need to know and is soooo patient. Vincenzo is the host at the restaraunt! He smiles at you and ensures you feel welcomed. When you hug to say goodbye, you know it was a great stay. Be good to the staff and they will be great to you."
