「The staff is exceptionally attentive and kind! They were so good to my kids as well. I needed some sun tan lotion and was going to purchase a bottle but the towel attendant offered a basically un-used bottle they had found and wasn’t being used instead of me having to buy some. This is one of our favorite resorts and will definitely be back! 」

「Room was clean and mattress was firm. Air conditioning in our room was great! Breakfast was your typical continental. The air conditioning was out in the lobby, hallway, and breakfast area which was no fault of the hotel and it was a very hot week in Bonita Springs. The staff at front desk and breakfast area was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. They kept their cool in spite of the heat and was always cheerful. 「We have stayed here a few times. My only disappointment was we were not facing the river - which I did not request (so my fault) There is a restaurant and we had breakfast - it was very good and reasonably priced. 」

Only minor things that needed maintenance like the plug on the night table wasn't working but maintenance came over right away with an offered a power strip. The barn door to the bathroom wasn't working, it scrapes on the floor so it's loud to open/close and it doesn't open/close all the way.
