"Property in bad repair. No cold water or flushing toilet. I had to use a bucket to flush it. And there was a broken/missing window so anyone could have climbed into my room "

"Unfortunately we could not find the place! We circled the block multiple times, got out an walked from building to building. I found a call box on the building at the address provided but it either didn’t work or no one was there to answer it. No signs at all on the building or anywhere near it. We ended up giving up hope and finding a last minute hotel. "

"Super well located in Puerto Morelos! 5 min walk to the beach. Good places to eat and hang out around. Keep in it’s a hostel, but our room was confortable and did the job for a short stay! Would return! "
