"I found this to be a traditional Chambre d'Hôte, where you don't feel you are in a hotel but rather a guest in the house of the owners. My room was comfortable and quiet, the breakfasts were very good, and the hosts were welcoming. What more do you need? The house is about a 10-minute walk from Gaillac across the river. It is also a fairly short drive into Albi, which is a small city that is well worth exploring."

"Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol. Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next....

"Turned up to hotel at 2.45 door locked with notice stating staff returning at 5pm. Still nobody at 5.15. Other clients arrived stating they had received an email from owner with code entrance and room number. We did not! Tried ringing owner.Taking the initiative we worked out from the register what rooms were taken so we took a key. The hotel is smelly, dark and very unwelcoming. "Emilie the host and owner gave us a warm welcome! The building is magnifique and a joy to stay at! Calm, clean, historic with very comfortable bed and a nice breakfast to start the day with. Its courtyard house a big pool : great!! Gaillac is a pretty town & lots of beautiful sites to explore around it! World definitely recommend a stay at Hotel Delga!"

"It is in a property in the middle of nature, surrounded by beautiful green plains, the place felt like a big home, cozy, the room very comfortable, and very clean; the bathroom has a big beautiful tub and also a rain shower. The breakfast was perfect with fresh orange juice, fresh baguette and soft buttery eggs! I already booked another night. "
