Top Guimaras Island Hotel Reviews

Seda Capitol Central Bacolod

Seda Capitol Central Bacolod

10/10 Excellent
"I will definitely stay again in Seda hotel. All the staff were very helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent; they offer variety of choices even for international palette. From the security to the front desk staff, from the restaurant staff to cleaning staff, they were all very friendly and accommodating. I want to mention Tracy from the cleaning crew. She was very helpful and articulate. She made me and my husband feel very welcome and appreciates our stay in the hotel. On the last two days of our stay, we wondered why our room was not cleaned but we found out Tracy was assigned on the 5th floor. Our schedule did not coincide with the new cleaner's schedule but it was not a big deal. Second, I want to mention, we requested for a wake-up call at 4:00 AM on the day that we are checking out, but the call did not came. However, we still would mention that when the front desk staff was informed that my husband and I are leaving at 4:30 AM, they made sure that our packed breakfast were ready. Sometimes, things don't always go as expected but there are so much more good things to appreciate seeing the staff's effort and coordination, and are friendly, helpful and happy. I still recommend Seda to anyone who wants to visit or stay in Bacolod."
