The hotel staff were really good. Breakfast was great and the dinner at restaurant was just perfect. The hotel has a very nice spa with a small swimming pool ( a bit too small for my taste). But the best thing was actually the amazing lake really close the hotel which was very nice. I will defiantly return.

Eventuell bin ich mit anderen Erwartungen angereist. Mein Zimmer lag direkt an der Strasse. Zum Parkplatz gelegen und über dem Haupteingang zum Hotel. Auch nachts mit reichlich Verkehr. Zudem war eine Lüftung zu hören. Da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist, mussten die Fenster geöffnet bleiben. Das Zimmer hatte einen unangenehmen Eigengeruch. Das Essen im Restaurant entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen. Anstelle in Soße und Spargel geschwenkt, wie beschrieben, erwartete mich ein tiefer Teller mit einer Art Nudelsuppe , Spargel und einem dicken Stück Lachs oben auf. Das geht sicher besser. Ansonsten sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden und das Hotel an sich hell und freundlich.

Wir hatten 2 schöne Tage im Kurhaus. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit insbesondere an der Rezeption und im Restaurant. Das Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet, der Bodenbelag des Balkons kommt in die Jahre. Das Frühstück ist gut, Abendessen auch aber nicht viel Auswahl in richtigen vegetarischen Gerichte (insbesondere Gemüse). Der Spa-Bereich ist ok aber ein bisschen dunkel und lieblos gestaltet (insbesondere die Dachterrasse und Ruhebereich). Die Umgebung ist etwas laut (Verkehrsstraße), der Steg zum Baden am See ist sehr verschmutzt (nicht direkt eine Aufgabe oder Verantwortung vom Hotel aber die Gemeinde sollte vom Hotel darauf aufmerksam gemacht werden, weil es schon sehr nah am Hotel liegt).

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in Güstrow

Ich war bereits das 4. Mal in diesem Hotel. Die Renovierung, die das letzte Mal noch nicht ganz abgeschlossen war, ist nun beendet. Alle Mitarbeiter/innen waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Den Saunabereich habe ich abends zur Entspannung genutzt. Top! Frühstück und Abendessen: Es fehlte aus meiner Sicht an nichts. Gerne wieder.

Een heerlijk hotel met veel luxe. Zeer ruime kamers, heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, vriendelijk personeel. De wellnessfaciliteiten zijn ook goed. Enige minpunt is dat er 's nachts herrie is van de weg (klinkers) en dat om half 7 's ochtends het restaurant wordt bevoorraad. Dat geeft geluidsoverlast als je aan de voorkant of zijkant zit. Eten bij het strandhotel is geen aanrader. Onvriendelijk en chaotisch personeel en matige maaltijden tegen hoge prijzen.

Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das Hotel- hoher Maßstab! Exquisites Personal- von der Rezeption über die Damen der Raumpflege bis hin zum Personal im Frühstücksbereich! Tolle und gepflegte Zimmer, die zum verweilen einladen. Ein Frühstücksbüffet, dass keine Wünsche offen läßt. Auch der Spa Beteich wird mit viel Liebe gepflegt, da macht das Frühschwimmen noch mehr Spaß!

Wunderbar gelegen empfängt ein freundlich professioneller Service und erläutert beim Weg zum Zimmer die Regeln. Tolles Frühstück (unbedingt Spiegelei bestellen), super Pool mit wirklich funktionierender Gegenstromanlage. Sehr empfehlenswert und zu Balachs Atelierhaus keine 5 Minuten zu Fuss.
