My experience at the DoubleTree by Hilton Guayaquil was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was even welcomed with one of their signature warm chocolate chip cookies a small detail that sets the tone for a great stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and elegantly furnished, with a comfortable bed, modern amenities, and excellent air conditioning perfect for the Guayaquil climate. The hotel didn’t have luggage racks for the room what usually is a pretty basic thing, when I requested one I was told they didn’t have any. The hotel didn’t have a gym / fitness center. I was informed it was being built or renewed. The views from the restaurant, bar, lobby and room were great though and staff was polite.
